Eligibility:

• Lakeshore Realtor Perks are exclusively for individuals who are currently licensed as real estate professional in the jurisdiction where Lakeshore Painting Services operates. 

• "Currently Licensed" Definition:

  • ​For the purposes of the Lakeshore Realtor Perks Program, "currently licensed" shall mean that the real estate professional holds a valid, active real estate license issued by the State of Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. The license must be in good standing, not subject to any suspensions, revocations, or disciplinary conditions that would limit or restrict the licensee's lawful practice of real estate services within Illinois.

• Proof of such status is required at the time of program enrollment, which may include presenting a valid real estate license number and any other documentation deemed necessary by Lakeshore Painting Services to verify the license's status.

• Audit Rights: Lakeshore Painting Services reserves the right to audit discount usage to ensure compliance with these terms.

• Disqualification for Misuse: Misuse of the discount is grounds for immediate program disqualification and may necessitate repayment of discounts received.

• Documentation Verification: All documents are subject to verification. Falsified documentation will result in program expulsion and may lead to legal action.

• Change in Status: Realtors must inform Lakeshore Painting Services of any changes to their license status that may affect their eligibility.

• Additional Proof: We reserve the right to request additional evidence to validate active engagement in real estate sales or listings.

Preferred Partner Pricing:

• Eligibility: Preferred Partner Pricing is available exclusively to real estate professionals who are enrolled in the Lakeshore Realtor Perks program and meet the eligibility criteria outlined therein.

• Discount Offer: Participants in the Preferred Partner Pricing program are entitled to offer their clients a 10% discount on all Lakeshore Painting services, limited to one discount per residence, in accordance with the Lakeshore Realtor Perks terms and conditions.

• Usage Restrictions: The 10% discount offered through Preferred Partner Pricing is valid only for Lakeshore Painting services and cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.

• Redemption Limit: Each discount offered through Preferred Partner Pricing is limited to one-time use per residence. Subsequent attempts to redeem the discount for the same residence will not be honored.

• Program Enrollment: To access Preferred Partner Pricing, real estate professionals must enroll in the Lakeshore Realtor Perks program and comply with all enrollment requirements and procedures.

Discount Redemption Terms:​

• Realtor License Verification: In order for a realtors client to claim the 10% discount on Lakeshore Painting services, they must provide their realtor's valid real estate license for verification purposes.

• Proof of Realtor Relationship: The client must demonstrate a legitimate relationship with the realtor whose license they are providing for verification. This may include providing the realtor's contact information or other relevant documentation upon request.

• One Discount Per Residence: The 10% discount is limited to one-time use per residence, as outlined in the program's terms and conditions. Clients cannot redeem the discount multiple times for the same property.

• Discount Application: Once the realtor license is verified and the client's eligibility is confirmed, the 10% discount will be applied to the client's Lakeshore Painting service invoice.

• Fraudulent Claims: Lakeshore Painting Services reserves the right to reject discount claims that are found to be fraudulent or in violation of the program's terms and conditions. Any attempts to abuse or misuse the discount will result in disqualification from the program and may lead to legal action.

Offer Restrictions:

• These offers cannot be combined with each other or with any other promotions or discounts provided by Lakeshore Painting.

• The discount and voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, are not retroactive, and must be mentioned at the time of the booking quote.
   

Reservation of Rights: 

• Lakeshore Painting Services reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the real estate professional and their client at any stage of the service provision. 

• ​Lakeshore Painting Services reserves the right to refuse service in case of any dispute regarding the eligibility or misuse of the discount or voucher.

Modification and Termination:

• Lakeshore Painting Services reserves the right to modify or terminate the discount and voucher offers at any time. Enrolled real estate professionals will be notified of significant changes or termination with a notice period of 30 days.

Liability:

• Lakeshore Painting Services is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or expired vouchers.

• Lakeshore Painting Services shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the offers.

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lakeshore Painting Services operates and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

*By participating in the Lakeshore Realtor Perks Program, members agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
